Anishma is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with nearly a decade of hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, spanning direct treatment, program management, and clinical leadership. Since beginning as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2017, she has progressed through roles as a Program Manager and BCBA, designing individualized treatment goals, conducting functional behavior assessments, and training and mentoring behavior technicians across in-home, school, and clinic settings. She holds a Master's degree in ABA from the Florida Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Psychology from San Jose State University. Bilingual and CPR/AED certified, Anishma brings both clinical rigor and compassionate, family-centered care to her leadership of SIBU Therapy.
Mike is a business and technology leader with more than 15 years of experience driving innovation, operational excellence, and transformative growth. Passionate about creating meaningful impact, he is dedicated to leveraging data and scalable technology solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ABA planning and care delivery. His mission is to empower SIBU Therapy and its clinicians with smarter tools and streamlined workflows, enabling them to spend more time focused on what matters most: accelerating developmental progress and improving outcomes for children on the autism spectrum.
